Well done to Chris Hogan  for placing 21st in the CrossFit games Pacific regional this weekend!

Most people might not know this but, waking up on Thursday morning Chris wasn’t going to compete over the weekend, as his wife is 39 weeks pregnant with their 2nd child, and he didn’t want to take the risk of missing the birth of his child, after a long chat with his wife, and her having a check up with the Ob, they decided he should go. Booked flights at 1pm, to fly out at 4.30pm!

So with that being in the back of his mind all weekend we think he did an amazing job! Well done!

Thanks to all the crew from Crossfit121 for making the trip up to cheer for him, knowing he might not even compete!
