We believe that the best way to learn new and exciting movements that CrossFit offers is to do this one on one with one of our experienced coaches. This is the perfect opportunity for you to learn techniques without the pressure of the class setting. The coach will guide you through the fundamental movements of CrossFit ( Squat, Deadlift, shoulder press, Kettlebell swings, ring rows and some Olympic weightlifting movements.) At the end of the session you will do a short “WOD” (Workout of the day) to get the full experience of a CrossFit class. The purpose of this session is that you will then be ready to join the classes.
