CrossFit 121 Strength program is a strength based program aimed to increase your maximal strength/power through proven, structured lifting programs.
Assistant exercises will be furthermore programmed in to increase your performance in CrossFit related programming. Programs will consist of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Body Building methodologies.
This program is designed to follow a 3 day training schedule which can be an addition to your existing training or as a stand alone training.
