WOD:
Odd Min: Pull ups
Even min: Walking weighted lunges (each round going up by 2)
Work up to a total of Pull ups.
then
125 KB swings
Every time you put it down row
100m, 200m, 300m etc…
Then
In pairs
4 rounds
200m run while the other does a Plank Hold
