Workout of the Day

STRENGTH:
3×3 Thruster (off the ground)
3x 90sec planks in between sets
WOD:
In pairs: EMOM Clean and Jerk 45/70
– pairs alternating reps
– starting at 1 increasing reps by 1 each round till number of reps not achieved in the min.
Straight into EMOM burpees. Increasing number of reps each min by 3 until number of reps not achieved. (Working individually).
